opening doors to growth
welcome

Making your way to therapy is a different process for each person. Regardless of the path that brought you to this place, you are welcome here.

I can help you find more nourishing ways of being with yourself and with others, and in the process, to feel more who you truly are.  I create a space of safety and of mutual trust—a sanctuary in which you can turn towards yourself with curiosity and compassion.  We sit with experiences that may never have been voiced before, and with experiences that will not let you go.  We make room for big feelings—and there is often laughter along the way.

I am here to meet you where you are.  Together we take the journey to where you need to go.

Schedule a free consultation to share with me what you're facing.

Deciding to seek support is a courageous step. I look forward to working with you.

The images of hinges, doors, and doorways that you see here are inspired by Cardea, the Roman goddess of the hinge. She has the power to be fixed and flexible at the same time, to open and to close, to demarcate boundaries and to breach them, to distinguish the sacred and the profane. Her name was invoked by the Romans when they laid out their cities: the north-south axis of the central crossroad was the "cardo," from which we derive the word "cardinal," like the cardinal points of the compass. And so Cardea is invoked whenever we seek to orient ourselves, to move in new directions, to decide which doors we want to open and which we want to shut, to choose with purpose where to go--and to know where we stand.
